- Manage Key Accounts for assigned region and drive growth as per set targets of respective accounts
- Maintaining relation with the client and addition of new clients for market expansion
- Estimate the demand and relate to the supply for sales conversions
- Ability to interact with suppliers for obtaining best fare deals for the clients.
- Escalation Handling on a day to day basis and ensure closure of all within 24 hours of reporting.
- Tracking of Ageing issues client wise, and maintain daily tracker for closures
- Ensuing 100% Mysticare adoption at the client's CRM end
- Fare Comparisons daily for content optimization client wise
- Weekly Operations call with the client CRM leads to share update on ageing cases and other necessary feedback
- SR TAT monitoring through the Oracle tool and liaising with Ops leads for closure
- Regular data analysis on ticketing trend, new airlines opened, new sectors searched

- Experience in Travel/Aviation Industry
- Should be proactive, result driven and act with a sense of accountability
- Should be able to work beyond the call of duty
- Strong knowledge of fares and suppliers is preferred
- Must have had Global exposure of client or supplier handling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and negotiation skills
