- Create and implement Policies, Procedures and Processes for administration
- Ensure high quality of administrative services, upkeep of facilities across the areas of responsibility; viz. Facility Management - Housekeeping, Transport, Pantry, Courier, Office Furniture, Stationery, Office-Equipment, Seating Space, Document Storage, Event Management, Travel Management, Vendor Management etc.
- Ensure high level of responsiveness and delivery within SLAs across all Administration areas
- Manage the Company events and functions, Customer / Supplier visits with high service levels and within budgets.
- Ensure compliance of all statutory regulation for administration and security department and to implement security policies
- Evaluation of Vendor Performance in terms of cost, quality & delivery
- Ensure Compliance of Procurement procedures, Terms & Conditions as per contract.
- Plan initiatives towards Optimization of office infrastructure
- Support initiatives for Safety and Hygiene at company where ever required.
- Conduct periodic employee surveys to understand improvement areas and gather suggestions on enhancing their experience
