Job Description

  • Review existing client base to identify Group Sales growth opportunities 
  • Prepare a plan basis the opportunity areas identified 
  • Get New clients on board by Networking, Prospecting 
  • Achieve Targets for Sales Growth, Conversion and Revenue with clear definition of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual goals 
  • Develop and maintain relationship with Clients specially Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients. Travel and visit these clients on a regular basis in order to achieve the same. 
  • Prepare campaigns for business growth using different mediums like Internet, print and social media 
  • Represent Mystifly at trade shows and events 
  • Follow up on the progress made in achieving the goals and come up with solutions to any problems faced 
  • Identify and help address key client servicing issues.

  • MIS / Reporting:
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about region wise and client wise performance 
  • Reporting Gap to Goal against Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Targets set
  • Client wise historical trend and current performance 
  • Competitive pricing study and coordination with the supplier team to get those fares in the system 
  • Prepare and hold frequent performance review with the management
