Senior Revenue Manager

Job Description

Mystifly is looking to hire a capable and well experienced Sr. Revenue Manager to implement robust revenue management strategies and processes, in order to maximize and optimize the company's revenue. You will work with the Sales, Account Management and Supplier Management teams to put forth a revenue plan for customer negotiations, customer growth and profitability to help the company achieve its revenue objectives.

Core Responsibilities

Provide long term strategies for revenue generation and growth
Continuous analysis of booking channels, client regions and booking trends to arrive at the optimum revenue strategy
Oversee revenue management and strategy of the company and manage day to day yield operations.
Manage on a daily basis, analysis, trends and strategy adjustments that help in maximising revenue
Envisage and structure a holistic view of all revenue related business processes to understand cross-functional impacts on revenue generation and losses
Play an important role in bringing attention to any issues in the business or finance/accounting processes that can affect company's revenue.
Capability to prioritise between revenue generating actions and time-consuming tasks with low yield impact.
Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the Account management and Supplier relations
Regularly perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
Report weekly forecast, actual result comparison and variances from the forecast and the reasons if any
Initiate and execute new avenues of revenue generation through promotions etc.

8 -10 years of relevant experience
Graduation from a reputed university is a must
Sound ability and knowledge to develop standards of operations and strategic processes
Very strong analytical and numeric skills for data crunching
Excellent organizational skills
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Capacity to read situations, understand environments and respond accordingly
