Job Description

Mystifly is currently seeking AVP - Revenue Growth & Strategy responsible for spearheading revenue management pod and collaborate with other business teams to maximize profit. The person will create the revenue strategy, balancing the scale and unit economics. The primary responsibilities will include setting up revenue and volume targets for each geography, clients, suppliers  and segments. The person will lead pod of 4 team members consisting of business analysts and market managers. You will work closely with members of other functions and will be required to understand nuances of airlines industry and get the same factored in the growth strategy. 

Core Responsibilities:
  • Be the owner of Revenue & Volume Growth strategy and partner with cross functional teams to drive analytics, revenue optimization, standardization and automation.
  • Identify gaps and drive projects for sustained improvements, influencing and working with technology, operations and business teams and leaders.
  • Partner with operations and product teams to influence innovation on existing (or to build new) systems, tools and workflows for revenue management.
  • Be a subject matter expert in Revenue optimization across functions like, online travel agents and air travel channel optimisation.
  • The candidate possesses a track record of successful relationship management, program and project management, strong analytical and business acumen, and experience managing reporting and analysis. Great communication skills, think big, and bias for action will be essential to your success.
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and business problems to a successful result.
  • Create and develop revenue strategies in conjunction with the price sensitivity of the customer and the business deal entered with supplier.

Required Candidate profile

  •   5-10 Years of experience post qualification.
  • Master in Business (MBA) Finance/Strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross functional teams.
  • Candidates from Strategy, Consulting, Airline, Travel and E-Commerce industry will be preferred.
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.
Self-starter who can take ownership of business and develop new ways of approaching business problems.
