Responsibilities: • Work closely with Marketing Team, effectively use the CRM tool, plan the communications and promotions • Close Sales leads-Understand Customer business model, recommends appropriate content solution. • Onboard new Clients - liaise with Technical, Operations, Finance Teams • Broadly understand the technical workflow both at Customers end and Mystifly.
- Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationship at all levels. • Complete proactive customer good will calls, share best practices, provide solutions to Customers in a timely manner • Demonstrate both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations, lead customer discussions • Set, track and achieve sales account targets, aligned with company objectives. • Play an integral role in effective on-boarding of new clients. • The role will align to both growth and existing Mystifly accounts and as a result, a key portion of the role will also be focused on opening dormant accounts and growing a book of business”. • Identifies growth potential in existing accounts by studying current transactions & patterns; mapping & interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who work with the customer. • Develops new transactions & business with the existing customer with deep insights; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services. • Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating MyFareBox & ASR HUB API product results on behalf of existing customers; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analysing and relaying customer feedback. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. • Enhances the account management team and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. • Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; & handover to the Sales Team

Education / Knowledge / Experience
- Sound knowledge of the Airline Ticketing, Reservation systems & processes
- Working knowledge of all MS applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • One or more GDS knowledge • Graduation is mandatory
